This is a lovely golden ale with a good, hoppy, citrus taste.

Bottle at home ... amber ... bubbly white head ... sweet metalic soft mellow peachy hop nose ... little too fizzy ... bitter metalic front ... soft dry hop linger ... very blah ... or at least not my thing

@ Old Green Tree, Bath. Golden-amber colour with a loose head. Fruity hop on the nose. The palate is fresh, fruity hop balanced with light pale malt notes. A bit creamy in the front and juicy at the back. A really good one.

Bottle-conditioned. Orange in colour with no head and slight carbonation. Pleasant aroma of caramel, orange blossom hops hops and a touch of yeast. Flavour was sweetish with a decent, bittering hops finish. Good.

[Gravity cask at the Fez-tival at the Boathouse, Dawlish Warren] Amber, slight white head. Earthy farmyard taste initially put me off. However, a growing tasty hoppy bitterness made it all come good with a refreshing finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2007, London. Unclear amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted and moderate yeasty, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2007. Amber, lasting beige head. Caramel aroma, some hedgerow hop fruit. Good condition. Toffee in mouth. Tingly hop on tongue. Pretty good best bitter actually in a more caramelly malty style that I donโt often like.

BCA picked up from the brewery 30-12-06 in a mixed case, and drunk New Years Eve. Slightly darker than golden, but pretty good citrusy beer that was also rather hoppy and pretty moreish.

(Cask at GBBF, London, 2 Aug) Colour is amber with small head. Nose is fruity with peaches, orange and some dusty, earthy hops. Taste is fruity with notes of dried fruit (apricots, apple), peaches and a refreshing puff of dusty hops in the finish. Balanced malt sweetness throughout. Well balanced and nice.
