The brewery was bought by Marston's (later Carlsberg-Marston's) in 2007. Rebranded as Razorback in November 2015. Production moved to Banks's in Dec 2023 when the Ringwood Brewery closed, and then to the former Marstons brewery in Burton on Trent in 2025.
The perfect supping beer! Our first brew and still the New Forest’s favourite tipple. Nose: Tempting hop aroma with fruit notes. Palate: Good malt feel in the mouth, dry, tangy fruit finish. Comments: Delicious, easy drinking slightly tart pale bitter.

Cask at the Lyndhurst, Reading. Amber with a dense cream head; fresh grass aroma; smooth and creamy in the mouth with some caramel but also fresh vegetable flavours - cabbage, sprouts and bean shoots - more pleasant than it sounds!. The finish is dry and biscuity but retains the vegetable feel. Different and very pleasant.

Cask@The Kings Arms, Salisbury. Rating #2500. Copper brown, small creamy off-white head. Crisp fruity nose. Light palate - nutty, a bit fruity. Drinkable, but uninteresting - too light to be real session ale.

Cask. Clear, golden beer with some reddish notes. Off-white minimal head. Weak aroma with malt, caramel and a fruity hoppiness. Weak flavor too, with malt and hops. Thin to medium body and a nice bitterness in the finish. Sessionable beer. (060710)

Cask gravity at Kent beer festival Reddish brown colour some red fruit malt and some herby hop on nose. Goodish balance with hoppy finish . Not as good as I thought it would be. A bit bland
