Clear copper and bronze coloured body with a thin, fast-dying off-white head. Aroma of apples, pears, limes, grain, light alcohol and a dash of salt in the mix, all with a funky yeast product for sure. Light-bodied; Strong fruity flavour at first with pears, apples and some citrus noticeable along with a more pungent maltiness along with some tart and funky flavours from the yeast and a dash of lime sourness and tart flavours near the end. Aftertaste is complex and enjoyable with some funky yeast qualities, a little malt flavours, a nice robust apple and pear fruitiness and ending with a tart but very enjoyable kick from the limes and citrus. Overall, a nice and enjoyable fruit-based beer with a ton of funky yeast aspects that is very light and subdued, but the math-element is the most enjoyable here as an engineer and someone who memorised thirty digits of pi, this was nice to read/sample. I sampled this 37,5 cL bottle purchased from BeerTopia in Omaha, Nebraska on 01-October-2017 for US$7,99 sampled at home in Washington on 06-January-2018 while celebrating my second daughter's third birthday!

Bottle. A- Lemongrass, lime, soapy, acidic. A- Amber color, clear color, off white head. T- Key lime, slightly sour, lemongrass, acidic. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Very refreshing. More lemongrass than key lime I would say. Fairly tart and acidic. Really nice.

Tangy lime and a little crackery crust like pie. Pours hazy golden with good head and lacing. Tangy but not too sour on finish. Tap at Snally.

Bottle thanks to Vin! Pours slightly hazy golden, medium off-white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is Brett and limes, key lime pie. Flavor is very light tart, loads of lime, brett, oak tannins. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Quite nice.

On tap at Red Apron in Union Market, pours a mostly clear gold with a ring of white head. Big lime nose, plenty of citric acid, lemon, a little yogurt. Flavor has more of the promised lemongrass too, plenty of lime as well, citric acid/Vitamin C. Sour finish. Solid.
