On tap at Crooked Stave, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense, fresh lemongrass upfront, with subdued lime, but none of the other stuff. Flavour is surprisingly complex and lovely, with lots of lemongrass upfront, transitioning to lime, and wild yeast. Don't get any lactose, but maybe the brett ate that all up. Wonderful experiment that is bang on. Excellent.

Cask. Pours a hazy amber with little head. Aromas of limes and roasted malts. Flavors of limes and graham crackers on biscuity malts. Pretty much as advertised. Enjoyable.

On keg at Cloisters. Appearance - hazy golden amber with a decent head. Nose - intense pickled lime and lime zest. Sour underpinning. Taste - more of the same. Incredibly intense sour lime. Palate - light to medium bodied with a long dry tangy middle section that continues through the finish. Overall - beer of the year so.far.
