11th May 2019.
Another day and another IPA from LHG. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, modestly sweet. Pretty pithy hops, dry and slightly bitter. Some fresh citric hop. Plenty of pine. Quite a dry finish. Too pithy and dry for me. LHG brew a lot of IPAs, would like to see more consistency.

Aromaty cytrusowo -lisciowoporzeczkowe, moze ciut lasu? Jasne owoce a la brzoskwinia. Spora kwasnosc, spora rzeskosc, ciut granulatu, mam wrazenie, ze byla laktoza grana acz na puszce cisza. W kazdym razie slodkawe. Calosciowo calkiem to dobre jest, 3.6

Can from Cotteridge Wines and shared in Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden colour with a grainy malt, super light wheat, tropical citrus hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, fresh, grainy, juicy citrus, light pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at Brewdog Shepherd's Bush, London. A golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, mango, lemon, tropical fruit on the nose. Tastes similar, hoppy, mango, lemon, tropical fruit, slightly wheaty. Decent.

Can picked up from Beer Gonzo, Webshop, Earlsdon, Coventry Friday 1st March at Pickets Lock Campsite, Edmonton warming up a Fish Pie with a Mushy Peas and listening to Iggy Confidential on 6 Music. Pours lemony gold with a white head. A really pleasant wheaty IPA but also solid but restrained bitterness, soft in the mouth, nice bittersweet balance. It's a good beer, a buzzy hoppy burn, like this.
