Cloudy and with a thin head. Lots of papaya and fruity hop notes, so it's a tropical yeasty fruit IPA. with a touch of malt sweetness, maybe a vanilla note.

Hackney Bottleshare. Many thanks to Leighton for the can. Almost clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has good fine carbonation. Great piney hops, smooth and strong with a mild minty cooling slant. Creamy malts underneath. Tangy bitterness and citric peel. Some tangerine before a crispy pine finish. Very nice indeed.

Can at Leighton's place. It pours clear yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sticky, peach, nectarine, apricot, orange creamsicle, herbal, sweaty and dank. The taste is dry, bitter, green, grassy, weedy, dank, orange creamsicle, toffee, light spice, bread and booze. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty decent stuff, if a bit rough around the edges.

Can shared in Hackney - picked up in Portland. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Nice dankness in the aroma, some cat pee, grapefruit, general ripening citrus. Medium sweet flavour with some pale bread, maybe a little Parmesan, more hearty dankness, oily pine. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Resinous and lightly warming finish, with still more dank character, tangerine, ripe mango, citrus rind. Good punchy-dank DIPA.

16 oz can from Spruce Creek Provisions. Again, no date coding on the can. Nose shows mild unripe fruits, mango notes, orange jam.

The flavor is much better than the Hipster Apocalypse That I just sampled. Decent amount of fruit notes. (light tropical, mellow citrus) The ABV is not exactly hidden but it is not slap you in the face either. Mostly average for an over 8 % Imperial IPA.
