Can at home picked up from Sainsburies. Can gushed. A dull deep gold coloured pour with a fading beige head. Aroma is jammy citrus, apricot tangerine, some dirty toasted malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, toasted malts, pine and orange, light bark. Pretty basic stuff. Some english yeast esters. ;ingering jammy orange. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Decent for the low abv.

Can given to me. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The aroma is more malty than hoppy... oily, grainy, rich tea biscuit, slightly perfumed and a bit of grapefruit. The taste is firmly dry, decent kick of bitterness, grassy, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, peppery spice, soapiness and some graininess. Lighter body and fine carbonation. Pretty run of the mill stuff.

330ml can from Sainsburys. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a bubbly white head and some broken lace. The aroma is sweet malt, gluey, light sweet, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth, light citrus, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Quite some body for a low alcohol beer and easily sessionable.

Can from Sainsburys Ashford and drunk at home. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Some grapefruit hop on the aroma. Some sweetness in the mouth. Some maltyness which is odd for such a session pale ale. A little bit of butter maybe. Not much bitterness. Not great, but it's not terrible either.

330ml can. Golden in colour, with a thin, white, head and moderate carbonation. Some citrus character in the aroma, along with a bitter, slightly metallic, edge. Easy drinking, with a thin malt base, a touch more fruit and dryish finish. Ok.

33cl can from Sainsbury's, Bracknell. A golden amber pour with a loose cream head; grapefruit aroma; biscuity malt body with a muddled citrus taste; and moderately bitter finish. Pleasant and refreshing, but nothing makes this stand out from the crowd.
