Bottle from Aldi. Poured a clear copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, tropical fruit, toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light crisp, light fruit, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle from Aldi. Slightly hazy amber in colour, with a frothy, off-white, head. Aroma of sweetish, earthy malts and citrus hops. Flavour had some dense malts, hint of caramel, peppery edge and dryish finish. good.

50cl bottle from Aldi, Bracknell. An amber pour with a thick cream head; malty aroma with some woody hops; bitter in the mouth with a piney taste; then some sharp grapefruit; and a long dry peppery finish. Rather good.

500ml bottle from Aldi (UK): BBD 16th May 18. Drank at home on 8th June 17. Slight haze to the amber/brown body, white blanket of uneven foam on top. Dank hops rule the nose and taste, piney hops about, light citrus notes also: malts playing second fiddle throughout. Do not get to see many beers from Northern Ireland, so this is a rare treat for me and I am enjoying it.

Bottle. Aldi. Just raved about the last beer I had from Aldi (Arundel Wild Heaven), and this is really quite similar on first taste. Fairly hazy (wonder how that would go down with a typical Aldi customer?), amber colour. Thin, dense, messy, off white head. Nose has floral, herbal hop. Touch of spice. Light, biscuity malts. Taste is light, spicy bitter. A little dry, with some fruit loaf sweetness on the lips. Light to medium body. Nice and clean. Fine, crisp carbonation. Lengthy, spicy bitterness to finish. Nice one.

Bottle from Aldi and drunk at home. Clear dark amber dark orange colour lasting cream head. Premium bitter for me. Some malty, some black pepper hop. Some deep orange flavours. Malt base is pretty decent, then peppery hop on the finish with quite a bitter finish. Yes decent condition. Rather likeable and drinkable.

Bottle from Aldi, Carrick-on-Shannnon [061116]
Amber, clear, frothy white head, some lacing
Aroma of soft citrus zest, getting some orange
Taste of fairly bitter citrus zest, soft sweet pale malt background, some bitter orange
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, quite bitter. Finish as main flavour, nice bvitter zest linger
Overall - I think this is the best beer I’ve had from this brewery, decent flavour, under €2 in Aldi
