Cask at Southampton Arms. Light golden, not much head. Aroma and taste are grapefruit, not so much else. Taste has a bit of yeastiness about it too. Alright though. --- Beer merged from original tick of Mosaic Pale Ale on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Cask @ Port St Beer House, Manchester. Golden with a thin frothy head. Hoppy with some citric fruits evident.

On tap at Euston Tap, Friday 25th October 2013 Condition wise this is superb, couldn’t look better, sparkling gold with a tiny white rim of bubbles. Initially I detected a little cheese but after a little while the fruit floods through. In the mouth this is tangy sweet orange, clacky furry bitterness. In fact it is also showing a rather lemony touch. Quick dry finish, juicy, this is a really great beer. A7 A5 T8 P4 Ov15 4.0

Cask at the Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a clear light amber with a thin white head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is of malt and citrus fruit. The flavour is weak bitter with a malty, liqourice, zesty, weak grassy hop, but slightly watery palate.

Cask at Lyric Soho as Mosaic Plus. It pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is pissy hops, tangerine, sweaty, grapefruit and orange blossom. The taste is pine needles, bold bitterness, resin, grainy, citrus, urine, pepper and floral notes with a dry, very bitter finish. Bitterness keeps on coming! Medium body and soft carbonation. Decent.

Cask at the Euston Tap - London. Labeled as ’Hopcraft Mosaic Plus’. Pours clear gold with a light, bubbly white head. Lots of pissy hops in the aroma, a bit of grapefruit. Light to medium sweet flavor with mellow earth, some flowers, urine, pine needles, simple pale malt base. Light bodied with soft carbonation; condition could be better. Finishes with tasty oranges and tangerines, light pee, soft dirty pine bitterness. Not bad.

Cask air pressure at Euston Tap. Clear pale gold lasting white head. Strong mosaic flavour. Some sweaty sox flavour like Nelson Sauvin. Yes big and aroma flavour hoppy but virtually no bitterness no yeast and malt Decent
