A well balanced and full-bodied beer with a smooth aromatic hop taste. Intensive straw yellow colour with clear and glossy appearance. Tettnanger hops for the fine aroma, complimented by Hallertau Select and Hallertau Herkules hops for a perfectly balanced, light, fresh and easy drinking beer.

Bottle from V-Markt in Kaufbeuren. Color: Lightly hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, bit grainy. Taste: Malty, grainy, a little hopbitterness in the background. Hints of hay. Grainy finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Mwah. Drinkable but not much going on.

Pint at The Stuyck Co. An off-white head sitting on top of a greenish pale golden pour. Aroma is porridge and honey. Reminds me of Golden Grahams. Mouth is dry, light slightly bitter. Short-lived aftertaste.

Schwach eingetrübte gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht hopfig, etwas Citrus. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

On tap at Aldstadt Hotel, Zum Hechten, Füssen, Germany. Light gold with a light haze, malty with a good body. Nice mineral and flinty edge, soft drying at end, simple easy drinking beer.

Swing top bottle. Hoparoma with a hint of citrus. Malty flavor with flowery hops and hints of citrus and boiled milk. Hopbitter aftertaste. Medium bodied. Pleasant without having too much character.

Keg at the Guildford Arms. Pours pale golden with a light haze, a steady stream of bubbles keeps the white head in place. Corn and light sulphur on the nose. Taste has a hint of lemon, cooked corn and sulphur again. Chalky finish.

Bottle. Appearance - bright golden with a neat head. Nose - sweetcorn, green beans and bitter salad leaf. Taste - more bitter salad leaf plus lemon. Palate - light bodied, long lean and bitter. Overall - I'm not sure why this is a kellerbier. I'd say Pilsner. Good though!

Keg at the Malt Cross, Nottingham. It's yellow and very hazy, with a little bit of white head on top. There's not a lot of aroma too this beer, although I'm getting a fair bit of biscuity malt, some citrus, some chewy yeast. Sweet taste with a sweet/savoury yeasty flavour to the fore. Short finish, and the thin body is elevated by the heavy carbonation. Not as much to it as I'd like, but this is a tasty Kellerbier.

From tap at Kælderkold, Barcelona, 22.07.17. Translucent pale yellow. Dense white head and lacing. Fruity aroma of grass and lychee. Similar taste. Good quaffability!
