Faintly cloudy golden with a white head. Lemon citrus, light pale malts, biscuit, just a touch on the sour side but nearly hidden. Light body. Finish is short and bright. Great pint.

Bottle. Kernel advent box. Hazed pale lemon squash colour. Huge swede eventually settles to an egg mere type affair. Nose has lemon peel and juice. Yeasty. Bretty. Mildly spicy and herbaceous. Taste is lean dry and mild bitter. Bright and very crisp with lots of burp inducing foamy carbonation. Dry lemony finish. Good starter beer. Gets the palate livened up.

1/3 pint @ Kernel taproom.

Bottle from the interweb. It pours clear yellow - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, lemon - lime, fragrant, floral, verbena, hays lemonade, biscuit, lemon curd and custard creams. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, nip of bitterness, straw, fragrant, floral, grass, weak lemony citrus, must, dry oak and dull funk with a firmly drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Pleasing stuff. Firmly dry.

(Draft at Kernel Taproom Spa Rd, London, 31 May 2025) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, herbal nose with notes of hay, flowers (marigold?) and citrus. Fruity, malty taste with hay, herbs, citrus, bread, floral flavours, yeast and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Refreshing and herbal farmhouse ale. Nice one.
