Description
Settled in the end of 2014 in Clohars Carnoet (South of britanny in France) by Marc Frocrain and Isabelle Richard, the farm produces its own fruits with organic methods of culture, and creates juice, ciders and spirits. Its goal is to mix traditional cidermaking that they learned locally during several years with elders with their own inspirations, as wine and beer lovers coming from other places of France (Burgondy, Jura, Berry).Its reputation is especially based on their fine extra dry ciders, with acedic and bitter balance, that Isabelle and Marc like to drink while eating wonderfull local food.
