Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. A bit hazy dark golden. Dusty apple, oak, dry pear, unripe green mango, a ton of tannins in a green way. More green apple and other green unripe fruits. Under medium sweet l, light sour and bitter. Over medium bodied, quite dry finish.

75cl bottle from Santez Anna, Concarneau. Unclear gold with a coating of foam atop. Rustic nose. Gentle cider barn and farmyard elements with a noticeable tannic side that lingers. My kind of cider, nicely fruity finishing a little over-dry.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy orange golden. Strong dry apple peel, farmyard smell, donkey, leather, dry oak, dry green leaves. Light sweet, medium bitter. Over medium bodied, massive ran ins and very dry. Interesting stuff, but not to drink every day.

Pours bit unclear, darker blonde. Small layer of bullbes around the glass' edge. Scent is funky, appleskins. Fairly loud. Taste is full, chewy appleskins. Rather dry, medium high carbo. Very decent.
