Hrebecská Medovina began to be produced around 1995, but not commercially until 2002. Mrs. Bakrlíková places great emphasis on the fact that the offered meads are of a natural nature and pays great attention to the selection of beneficial mixtures of spices and herbs. These are usually collected directly in the surrounding areas.
