On tap in Seattle. Pours a clear dark amber color with a large white head. A big sweet malty nose. Light fruit, maybe cherry, toast, some soft perfume. Light caramel and toast. Very nice.

On tap at beer star pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is light wet grain some grassy hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet grain and light grassy notes.

A Kulmbacher, not a Dortmunder as it says on the menu. Hoppy bits in the aroma. Malty body, roast and toasty. Some hop in the malty long lasting finish.

Dark brown. Toasty, with coffee and a nice molasses note. Good complexity. Doesn't hint the sort of Baltic notes I'd want, not really a bock either. Closer to imperial porter than anything else, despite that it's almost definitely a lager.

Gold, with a medium head. Lots of citra and some pale malt with light biscuity notes. The malts are clean, there is citra, as advertised but to me this is missing complexity.

Bright brown-red colour. Medium head. Full maltiness, toffee, bit nutty maybe. There's also a touch of stickiness. Nice malt complexity and good balance.

@ South Nut. Bright, light gold. Thin head. Macroish, grainy aroma with lots of pale malt, not much bitterness. Touch of sourness, too. I think they were aiming a little too low for this one.

@South Nut. Golden-brown, very sweet but balanced. Really nice dark sugars and slight fruitiness. Not bad, maybe a touch thinner than I might prefer.
