Draft pour pint on two separate occasions at Cloudburst. Great collaboration. Even greater name. Clean and clear golden shiny pour with a rocky foam head. A soft cracker malt aroma. Flavor is a straw grain, with a juicy tropical fruit background. Unexpected amount of flavor for a lager, though I should doubt the capabilities with these parties. Lingering balance of the two. Soft bitterness throughout. Interesting brew here. Still trying to figure out which of the two breweries this beer leans more towards. Either way, it’s solid.

Deep amber with a creamy tan head. Chocolate, earth, malt, and a bit of molasses. Solid. Tasty.

Smoked Marzen, draught @ Menace. Copper, bright, thin head. Lots of smoke on the nose...smell it across the table, actually. Smooth body, lots of smoke...some appley caramel in the base beer, though, along with the chewy amber malts.

Very pretty clear brown. Sweet chocolate and dark fruit. Light toasted notes. Finish has a bit of roasted notes. Medium bodied. Very nice.

A truly well balanced brown ale. Nice toasted notes with faint cocoa, a hint of roast, light earthy hops. Medium thin body. Simple but very well made.

Copper. Nice bitter profile with some dough and light earth. A brief sweet interlude before the finish punches through again. Nothing fancy just a solid IPA.

Golden. Nice crisp noble hops. Medium thin body. Slightly sweet with a lingering crisp bite. Very good.
