Very drinkable dark lager, with modest notes of chocolate and toasted bread mixed with berry and a pumpernickel yeastiness. Finishes clean.

Super nice West Coaster type IPA. Lots of pine, resin. Pours golden with good fluffy head and some lacing. Bitter finish with a little hop tang. Big body. Cumquat, nectarine. Great hops profile. Can.

16 oz. can, shared with Tim. Pours an almost clear, golden color, with a smaller, bubbly, off-white head. The nose is peach, grapefruit, sage, dust, and orange peel. Sweet and malty, with a big, pithy bitterness. Medium to heavy body, chewy, and hard. Bold, hoppy, and sticky.

I might be done with Mexico for now, but not done with the Mexican lagers yet!

Roast, maybe mocha, vanilla, bourbon. Chai or something? I don't know. Comes off a bit odd. Maple scotch is a weird vibe. Black pour with decent head. Bittersweet. Bottle shared at tasting.

Bottle. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a small, tan head. Aroma was dark fruit, sweet malts, vanila. Big vanilla, but not really all that sweet - not sure if Ugandan vanilla is different or if the beer just wasn't as sweet overall. Alcohol is pretty well masked.
