Taster at the Weldwerks Invitational, 2025. Pours black, with a small, brown head. The aroma is cinnamon, dark chocolate, chipotle, vanilla, and toasted coconut. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, grainy bitterness. Heavy, sugary, and thick. Complex and decadent.

Taster at the Weldwerks Invitational, 2025. Pours an unclear, orange color, with a small, bubbly, pinkish head. The nose is raspberry, lemon zest, musty attic, and tannic cranberry. Very dry and acidic. Medium body, sharp and soft. Lovely, vineous, and tasty.

Bottle from Filet & Vine, Montgomery. Aroma is tart dark fruits with blackberries, dark cherries, rum and burbon, touch of raisins, notes of red wine and brandy. Flavour is quite tart, moderate sweet and mild sour. Body is medium. Nice tart dark fruits extravaganza with ample barrel notes.

Bottle from Filet & Vine, Montgomery. Potent Bourbon aroma with vanilla and oak, dates and raisins, caramel, some slight saison yeast left. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is anove medium. Total barrel takeover, big Bourbon! I do wish a little more of the base Saison was left though, it's been nearly obliterated by Bourbon.

From tap at Flying Saucer, Nashville. Tart raspberries with lemon, wheaty grain, and more berries. Bit sweet and tart flavour, light sour. Almost medium body. Not bad.

Very dark brown almost black with a small tan head. Aroma was coffee with hints of nuts. Taste was a little boozy and had flavors of coffee, hazelnuts, chocolate and vanilla. It was a really tasty beer.

Dark copper in color with a two-finger head, off-white head. Aroma is citrus fruit, tropical fruit and pine resin. Taste is also citrus fruit, tropical fruit and pine resin.
