Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, horse blanket, funky, medicine, band-aid. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, sweet apple, ripped apples, medicine, wood, dry, tanine. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Bottle shared at chrisoโs pre-GBBF shindig 2013 - London. Pours clear gold with a faint white cream head. The nose holds ginger and ripening apples. Medium sweet flavor, lightly musty, with faint spices, more ginger. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly drying on the finish with further musty apples, spices. Very decent cider.

500ml bottle from Beautiful Beers online. Pours a straw yellow colour, no head and aroma of tart apple, apple skin, woody oak, barnyard. Taste is sourish, mellow sweet fruity apple with leather, straw, barnyard notes and some tannin. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bladder box device at EBF โ18, 10/08/14. Lightly hazed pale golden with no head. Nose is strong apple notes, light smoke, earthy tones, woody. Taste comprises light spice, tangy orchard tunes, hint of rum, smoked pork. Fuller body compared to most, light booze tones in a drying close with a little warming alcoholic heat. Ok stuff.

Cask @ Egham Beer Festival. Clear pale yellow color, no head. Smell and taste are fruity, apple, vinous, lightly sweet. Quite like this one. Dry finish, medium body and carbonation.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Clear, golden colour with a thin, bubbly white head. Sweet aroma with apples, yeasts, light citrus. Taste is sweet. Medium body. Finishes dry with zesty apples. Nice cider.
