Our beautiful micro-brewery has been the beating heart of the King Street Brew House since it opened in 2015. This integral feature of our venue is run by Simon, our Head Brewer, who brews an delicious range of cask beers as well as amazing some craft beers and lagers on tap.

7/4/2022. Keg at King Street Brew House, Bristol. Pours murky dull orange with a small white head. Aroma is pithy, orange, husky, malt, lightly tropical, white grape, touch of pine. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a slight citric tart edge. Moderate body, spritzy carbonation. Struggled a bit with this one.

7/4/2022. Keg at King Street Brew House, Bristol. Pours hazy pale golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is pithy, citrus, tropical, malt grass. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with a slight tart edge. Moderate body, watery, quite fizzy.

7/4/2022. Cask at King Street Brew House, Bristol. Pours slightly hazy pale orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma of orange, vanilla, mango, caramel, malt, straw, tutti frutti sweets. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Best so far.

7/4/2022. Cask at King Street Brew House, Bristol. Pours hazy orange with a lasting creamy white head. Aroma is citrus, orange, malt, biscuit, light tropical fruit and chalky notes. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, very soft carbonation.

Cask at King Street Brew House, Bristol. Described as a winter ale. Pours deep brown with a tan head. Aroma: Dark malts, prunes, dates, Christmas spices. The taste follows. Moderate sweet & light bitter. Medium body with fine carbonation. Very average.

On tap at King Street Brew House Bristol. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Some toffee. some hop on finish. some dryness. some creaminess in the mouth. as I say it's ok. a little odd on aroma but rest of beer is ok. kolsch was the best thing here.

On tap at King Street Brew House Bristol. Cloudy dirty gold pale brown Lasting white head. Some caramel. some New England type tropical fruits. A bit agricultural in the malts. ok though. caramel some pineapple. ok I guess.
