Our beautiful micro-brewery has been the beating heart of the King Street Brew House since it opened in 2015. This integral feature of our venue is run by Simon, our Head Brewer, who brews an delicious range of cask beers as well as amazing some craft beers and lagers on tap.

On tap at the brewpub in Bristol. Badge said Trash but same abv. Hazy gold colour lasting white head pink grapefruit aroma and flavour. Some bitterness on the finish. Malts are quite light. Ok

Keg at the brewpub. Aroma has stone fruit and creamy porridge. Less than a mm thick white head. Stone fruit and citrus but as if its watered down with soda. Light..Thin if slick..Average carbonation. Long dry finish. Unexciting.

Cask at the King Street Brew House, Bristol, 07/10/23. Lightly hazed golden orange topped with an off white head. Nose is mellow citric peel, straw, light breads, grains. Taste comprises mellow citric peel, grass, melon, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay for what it is.
