Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clean golden with a neat, dense and lacing, white head. Very little aroma - yeasty mostly and a wee hint of metal. Thin bodied, very faint wort notes, slightly perfumy hops, salty and minerally with a noticeable bitterness in the finish. Decent. 111225

Das Bier heißt „Victor Frankenstein“. Das Etikett zeigt aber eine Abbildung von Frankensteins Monster - nicht von seinem Schöpfer. Na ja, soll es so sein. Die Farbe des Biers selbst geht so Richtung helles Kupfer. Leichte Trübung. Schaum mit Braunstich - verschwindet sehr schnell (der Schaum, nicht der Stich). Süß malzig und exotisch fruchtig in der Nase. Rein damit in den Schädel. Die Kalthopfung merkt man sofort. Zitronenschale, etwas Litschi, ein Hauch Mango und Grapefruit sind so das Erste was man bemerkt. Die süß-malzige Note blitzt immer wieder raus, wird aber von den Bitternoten des Hopfens etwas eingebremst. Viel, extrem feinperlige Kohlensäure. Sieht man so im Glas gar nicht, explodiert erst im Mund. Durch das viele Gas wirkt das Bier etwas leichter und weniger geschmacksintensiv als es tatsächlich ist.

Barwa pomarańczowa, zmętnione, piana w kolorze złamanej bieli, obfita, niezbyt trwała.
W aromacie banan, goździk.
W smaku lekko kwaskowe, półwytrawne, nieznaczna podbudowa pszenna, akcenty bananowe i goździkowe. Mało akcentów karmelowych.
Goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie, ciało w normie, brakuje jednak rześkości i jest nieco za mało wyraziste.
Mocno przeciętne.
W aromacie banan, goździk.
