Tall can. Opaque golden body with a lasting white head. Biscuit malts and sugar syrup in the aroma with grapefruit, tangerine, orange jam and some grassy and floral notes. Taste of biscuit, hay, grapefruit, floral hops, grass, apricot jam and a hint of booze. Not too bitter, but the hoppy taste lasts for quite a while. Great DIPA.

Cans from House Of Trembling Madness and The Beerhive. Clear deep golden body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of honey, orange jelly and pine. Flavour matches the aroma and has a bitter, lemony kick on the finish. Medium to full body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A rich and hoppy DIPA. Love this. --- Beer merged from original tick of Atomic Torpedo on 19 Jul 2022 at 18:38 - Score: Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5. Original review text: Can from Cascade Club. Clear deep golden body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemon and white sugar. Flavour of pine and orange sweets. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. It’s nice but I think I prefer regular Torpedo.

Cans, many. Clear amber body with an off-white head that holds well. A few tiny flecks floating around. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pine, caramel, orange and biscuit. Flavour of pine, herbs, caramel and a hoppy, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A tasty, old school IPA with massive pine notes.

0.355l can. Opaque yellow body with a lasting white head. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon zest, leafy greens, sugar syrup and a bit of oats. It suggests a citrusy brew with a touch of booze and pretty much this is what you get from the sip. It's shows bold lemon zest and grapefruit notes with some grape seed, a bit of oats and a tiny bit of booze. It's quite easy to drink and has a lasting hop bitterness. Sierra Nevada seems to be unable to miss when it comes to hoppy beers.

Bottle, 2025 vintage. Rich roasted malt aroma with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice and molasses. Pours inky black with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and a thin ring of lacing. Starts with roasted malt, licorice and molasses flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with dark chocolate and coffe flavors. Very nice imperial stout.

Bottle from Hi Time, Costa Mesa. Drank at my mate Joe's place on 21st March 2026. Lovely beer all round, clean and clear amber body, off white crown. Boozy, malty and far too easy to drink for a 9.6% ABV
