Description
Returning brewing to Wimborne after almost 80 years. Eight Arch Brewing Co. is named after the eight arches at nearby landmark Julian’s Bridge in Wimborne Minster, Dorset, UK. Producing hop forward pales & IPAs to dark & roasty stouts. We have won awards in both regional and national SIBA competitions for a variety of styles.

Can online from the brewery. Pours hazed orange with a white head. Aroma: muted tropical fruits, citrus. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, dry-ish, sharp citrus, melon, orange, light pine. Light to medium body with fine carbonation.

Can online from the nrewery. Pours hazed orange gold with a white head. Aroma: light tropical, stone fruits, grass. Moderate sweet & bitter, fruity, tangy. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Can, online from the brewery. Pours black with a beige/tan cap. Aroma: dark chocolate, roast, boozy. Taste: moderate sweet & moderate to heavy bitter, dry, chocolate, mocha, sour dark fruits. Medium body with fine carbonation. Wasn't a fan.

Can from the brewery, Pours light hazed yellow with a cream cap. Aroma: biscuit malts, some lemon. Taste: light to moderate sweet & light bitter, crisp, biscuit, cereal, light lemon. Light to medium body with fine carbonation. Nice.

Can online from the brewery. Pours near black with a creamy beige to tan cap. Aroma: roasted malts, some citrus, pine. Coffee, liquorice hints. Light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter, roasted malts, caramel, umami, piney hops. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Good one.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 27th May 2023. Thickly hazy amber with shallow, loose foam. Zesty fruits and velvety maltiness in aroma. Bitter grassiness, citrus zest, nuttiness and hints of tropical fruits in-mouth. A full-on grassy finish enriched with citrus zest. Full bodied with an engaging mouthfeel. Absolutely exquisite.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 3rd June 2023. Gold with shallow foam and full lacing. Citrus zest aroma. Bitterness, citrus peel and mild spiciness in-mouth. A zesty citrus finish. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

11/3/2023. Can shared at our hotel in Rugby. From Westbourne Wines, Bournemouth. Pours clear pale golden amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, flowers, ligth tropical fruits, rubbery pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation.

11/3/2023. Can shared at our hotel in Rugby. From Quaff & Tipple, Southbourne. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, stone fruits, white grape, herbal weedy edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, average carbonation. Nice bitter finish. Good.
