Taufkirchner Dunkel, 5,6 %, Flasche von Ambrosetti. - Dunkles Kastanienrotbraun, klar; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase verhaltenes aber tiefes dunkles Malz, schwach limonadig-fruchtige Züge, milde hopfenwürzig-erdige Hopfung. - Antrunk füllig dunkelmalzig mit kräftigen Röstaromen: Kaffee, dunkle Brotkruste, ein wenig Karamel aber kaum süß, dafür fein kaffeesauer. Milde hopfenwürzige Herbe. Gut rezent, vollmundig aber etwas hart. Im Abgang kräftig dunkelmalzbitter und nur dezent hopfenherb. - Rustikales, kernig dunkel- und röstmalziges Märzen, dem nur eine etwas charaktervollere Hopfung fehlt. Dennoch gut. (30.1.2022.)

Bottle. Clear actual amber color with white head. Aroma is a touch paper, grassy. Taste is grainy, a bit grassy, also some honey-ish sweetness. Chewy mouthfeel with a bit of a mineraly bite and a sparkly-ish carbonation. Alright.

Bottle, thanks Fin! Dark golden, low visible carbonation, offwhite cream. Dry sweet flowery nose, light spice. Medium full cracker malt base, sparkles into the nose. Dry spices, flowery fruity hop, chewy juicy malt. Good balance - festive and moreish.

Bottle picked up from the brewery, consumed at home Thursday 2nd December 2021, we had Salmon and Cream Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells for tea, listening to Gideon Coe on 6 Music. Pours dark gold edging towards light amber with a white head, excellent clarity, it's a real looker. Malt nose, caramel and some cereal also noted. In the mouth it's smooth, malty, caramel again key feature, not really so fruity, really pleasant easy drinking and straightforward Christmas beer, taste is very much a straight up Fest Bier. Good.

Bottle picked up from brewery, at Taufkirchen, Bayern, consumed at home on Loz's birthday, Sunday 14th November 2021 listening Idles - Crawler. Crystal clear chestnut brown with an off white head, looks good, light fruity tang, caramel, a touch sweet but not without it's charms.

Bottle at Bräustüberl Taufkirchen, Taufkirchen, Bayern, Friday 12th November 2021. Pours deep gold with a hint of haze, nice white head atop. Sweet with some caramel notes, good but not hitting the heights of the Pils or Hefe Weisse.

Bottle at Bräustüberl Taufkirchen, Taufkirchen, Bayern Friday 12th November 2021. Pours crystal clear, excellent clarity, mid gold with a nice white head. Nice bitterness, soft moutheel, this is really pleasant, bitterness lingers, dry back end. Favourite so far, excellent Pils.

Bottle at Bräustüberl Taufkirchen, Taufkirchen, Bayern, Friday 12th November 2021. Pours hazy yellowy colour with a large white head, really bananay, soft mouthfeel, nice carbonation, lots of banana in the mouth. Let's not beat about the bush this is very good.

Malty smooth Bock. Easy to drink, fruity smooth with a nice roasted graininess. Very easy to drink, malty and round, soft and smooth. Nice roasted fruity back, highly drinkable, fantastic!
