Tap at the Natomas (Sacramento) BJ’s. Pours clear bright gold with a slight white head. Aroma is bready- citrus. Medium body or so. Flavor is bready with a touch of spice, and maybe grass. A different from the usual pils for me but it’s dry and bitter enough.

Draft at BJ's in Livonia. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Malty, bread and honey aromas. Dry on the palate with light herbal hop notes and honey on bread. Balanced finish. Very nice actually.

Draft at BJ's in Livonia. Pours a hazy straw gold with a finger of white foam. Nice clove and banana notes. Grainy texture with some light lemon...more clove and banana. Balanced finish with nice carbonation.

Tap at the Sacramento/Natomas venue. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma is moderate citrus and light mixed tropicals. Med body. The malt resembles that in SN Pale Ale. Dryer than SNPA tho. Moderately bitter. I'll go with apricot/mango/citrus. Decent food wash.

On tap as part of a flight at Brew Hub, St. Louis. It's a hazy pale yellow with trace sparkle, ring of off-white head with no lacing. Aroma is coriander, wheat and faint orange peel. Taste is moderately strong wheat, coriander, fruity esters. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation with late sting to the tongue, and finish as taste. Overall, pretty standard hefeweizen.
