On tap @ The Pony. A cloudy almost glowing orange one with a small light lacing white head. Not to extreme on the nose but it's definitely a wit. Yest and a little coriander hint. Some yeast with traces of cardboard. The cardboard is also present in the taste. It's really dry this, feels a bit tame perhaps. A good way below average on the carbonation level and it has a kinda flat oily mouthfeel. Flavor vise it kinda grows a bit on you after a while. The coriander comes more forward, as does a herbal grassy thing. Fair enough I guess but I've had much more tasty wits than this 19.06.2013

On tap @ The Pony NYC. Really deep dark and brown in the glass this one and it has a small but lingering beige top. The nose is not all that extreme really, but I get traces of something light sweet, a little bit of licorice and some dark malts. Not much more really, nice enough. It has a nice sweet licorice flavor this. Light oily on the mouthfeel and the carbonation level is soft prickling a little bit of chocolate paper with coconut, dark malts, something faint acidic and a little bit of coffee in the finish. No water in this? Not sure I'm buying that one. A tasty beer! 19.06.2013

Draught @ Top Hops. Dark brown with faint reddish tint, large foamy beige head, very faint malt aroma, high carbonation, dry, faint roasted malt taste, mellow body, abrupt finish with a little caramel aftertaste. Very smooth and mellow, quite nice.
Funky back end, though dissipates towards the end. Thanks Dave!

Coffee aroma, strong and dark. Black, medium beige head. Coffee, dry. Charcoal finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Perhaps a bit over-attenuated.
