Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, chamomile, sweet chamomile, honey. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, honey, chamomile, sweet chamomile. I asume if you like chamomile you like this beers otherwise you will hate it ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20131111]

12 ounce bottle thanks to Ed. Pours a clear dark copper color with a large white head. A dusty malty nose. The flavor is sweet and malty with some toffee, odd bitterness in the brew, earthy. Very mellow. Not bad.
