Bottle from Lidl. Quite an easy ale one might appreciate on hot summer days. Bit of yeasty on a nose. Bottom medium bitterness. Bit yeasty, some hops, barnyard. Good.

On cask at the Pheasant Inn in Keswick. Appearance - golden amber and cloudy. Creamy white head. Nose - lemon, biscuit and a hint of caramel. Taste - lemon barley water. Palate - light to medium bodied and nicely refreshing. Overall - decent example of the style.

Notes from August2019. Keg at the Flask Inn, Whitby. Bright golden pour with a white head. Nose of vanilla, citrus peel, wheat. Flavours of citrus, light malt and vanilla. Light bitter finish.

Had at the England v New Zealand test match at Edgbaston thanks to Sarky: Poured a golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is light hops, grain, malts. Taste was bitter forward of hops, grain and malt backbone, very refreshing. FEED THE SNAKE, FEED THE SNAKE!

18.06.2021 - 0.5l bottle from lidl in grenzach. pours a clear amber with a small head. aroma of wood, slight spruce and toasted malts. flavour of nutty malts, wood and a hint of spruce, minerals, zhiguli beer. not sweet.

In de tuin uit een halve liter fles. Een te lage score heeft dit bier. Voor de 3,6% een uitstekende frisse en lichtbittere smaak. Goudgele kleur, wit schuim. Aangenaam bij tropische temperaturen.

Bottle from Asda, costing £1. Golden in colour, with a thin, white, head and plenty of carbonation. Aroma had a touch of hedgerow hop and malty sweetness. Flavour largely of rather tired cereals, with a hint of fruitiness before a pleasantly bitter finish. Ok.

Pale gold with a frothy white head and a mellow tropical fruit and floral aroma. Refreshing, light bodied mouthfeel, with floral hops and touches of fruit livening up the biscuit malt backbone
