Bottle. Pours hazy straw amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and grass, with malty and estery notes. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with malty notes and estery touches. Bitter and etsery afteraste with citric hints. Watery but not bad.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw with airy head. Clear aroma of hops, with sourish and estery notes and touches of malt. Sour flavour with grainy and hoppy notes. Estery and citric aftertaste. Nice try but a little watery. Nearly no carbonation.

Nice peated aromas, not so extreme as one would expect so overall the beer is drinkable and it still has the feeling of a pils/lager. Quiet nice bitterness. What could be done better is the clearness of the beer, mine was totally unclear and this really affected the feeling of a pils, which should be as clear as possible, maybe fultering in case of this style would give better results but still kudos for trying this controversial but great style and achievieng wuiet sessionable peatedness in a light beer.

Butelka 0.5l (11.12.2016). Piwo delikatnie mgliste o jasno-złotej barwie. Piana obfita, drobna w kolorze przybrudzonej bieli, delikatnie oblepia ścianki szkła. Aromat klasyczny dla witbiera, rześki z delikatną przyprawową nutą w tle choć brakuje mu nieco intensywności. W smaku bardzo podobnie, delikatnie zaznaczone nuty witbiera choć piwo jest puste w odczuciu, mało orzeźwiające, zbyt nisko nasycone z jakby słodkawo-alkoholowym finiszem. Słabiutko jak na witbiera ale da się wypić do meczu i zapomnieć.

Hazy amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, fairly dry and had mild fine carbonation. Smooth malts, good creamy sweetness with caramel and some contrastingly bitter toffee. Floral bitter start to the hops, nice juicy orange and marmalade underneath. Mild tang. Light finish. Spicy bitter linger. Not bad at all.

Bardzo ciekawa interpretacja stylu, w aromacie dominuje wędzonka, torf, przypalone kable, jest delikatny aromat ziołowy. Co do wyglądu zastrzeżeń nie mam. W smaku jest podobnie plus przyjemna ziołowa goryczka, piwo jest wytrawne, średnio pełne, pijalne, orzeźwiające. Naprawdę ciekawe.
