@Ulfborg Scooper. Black with only a few bubbles on top. Chocolate and vanilla aroma. Sweet flavour, licorice and vanilla. Boozy bitterness. Carb is flat. Not entirely convincing. None of the advertised ant eater either.

Bottle. Black colour, minimal brown head that disappears immediately. Aroma is red wine, vanilla, dark chocolate, a bit of ash. Alcohol is present but does not disturb. I don’t feel the coconut! Medium bitterness, not sweet, slightly sour. Full body, but not cloying. Good, but does not match the description (no coconut) and not really exceptional.

Weird 33cl bottle I brought back from Poznan, no pop on the cap, then pours an oily nearly opaque black with just a ring of tan head. Nose has heavy molasses and licorice, anise, heavy graham cracker, mild spice. Flavor is less interesting, molasses, some liquid smoke, squid ink, a little under attenuated malt extract. Finishes oily and full bodied. Maybe its past, but it is definitely overdone.

Good idea, imperial stout with chocolate and vanilla should be a hit, unfortunately whats very good is just the aroma, the beer is very dry, little bit tannines from the alcohol, almost no body, although the aroma is promising. Maybe they should make it more thick, and ferment this 22 plato beer to 7 something abv instead. This badge - 26.06.2017 has a nice aroma and extremly thin body. Hope they will make it better next time.

Bottle. Hazy amber-orange color with small white head. Aroma is fresh spicy yeasts, some strawberries, burnt cardboard. Taste is phenolic, just a bit of strawberries, but in a weird way. Malty as well. Medium carbonation. Some off flavours I don’t like. Calling this a Saison is an abomination, and calling it Strawberry Saison is probably even worse.
