330ml bottle @ The Hanging Bat, Edinburgh. Pours cloudy yellow, no head. Aroma is lightly sour. Taste is sour funk and exceedingly dry with no discernible apple fruit. Very light tannins, but really it’s all about that drying sour character.

From bag in a box. Pours cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma is earthy and dry apples. Mild sweet, juicy and fruity. Mellow. Medium dry and apples finish.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2015. It pours luminous yellow - green with minimal head. The nose is bitter, apple skin, pear skin, must, sour candy, pear, funk, brett and wood. The taste is tangy, tart, sour sweets, pear, apple skin, vegetables, wood, tangastics, sweet sugary stuff, fruit pie and leather with a lingering dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Aroma is good, taste is a bit messy. Solid overall.

Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours hazy green - gold with minimal head. The nose is soft, earthy, rich, funky, apple, pear skin, barnyard and dirt. The taste is smooth, oily, apple pie, umami, sherbet, pear skin, light spice, barnyard and wood with a dry, woody finish. Medium body and oily carbonation. A bit filthy on the aroma, but pretty tasty anyhow.
