Das "Dunkel" der Schloßplatz-Brauerei, vom Faß in Köpenick, 31.8.2025. - Schwarzbraun, kurzlebiger Schaum. - In Nase wie Antrunk auffällige Noten von Vanille, Lakritze und Süßholz, die im Antrunk durch solides, tiefes Röstmalz erstaunlich gut eingebunden werden, ebenso wie die prominente aber nicht übermäßige Süße. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang feine, mild zitrusfruchtige und leise hopfenwürzige Hopfenherbe. - Interessantes, eigenwillig komponiertes Schwarzbier, das auf seine Weise durchaus überzeugt, trotz prominenter Süße.

Das "Pils" der Schloßplatz-Brauerei Coepenick, vom Faß auf dem Köpenicker Schloßplatz, 31.8.2025. - Goldgelb, schwach trüb; kurzlebiger Schaum. - In der Nase leicht hefig. Im Antrunk überwiegt eine etwas generische aber frische zitronige Hopfung von sortentypischer Bittere über feinem hellen Malz von dezenter Süße. Milder rezent, leicht. Angenehm runder hopfenherber Abgang. - Brauchbares Pilsener mit angenehmer Hopfenherbe, das seine Herkunft aus einer Gasthausbrauerei nur durch leise, noch tolerierbare Hefigkeit verrät.
