75cl bottle. Clear pale yellow color solid white head. Clean malts, belgian yeasts, fruity tones and light spice. Robust body, potent ABV but not slipping into solvent area, taste relatively sweetish, balanced, aromatic clean finish.

On tap at La Tana del Luppolo, Bologna. Cloudy amber with medium white head. Malty, caramel, some raisins and dried fruit. Sweet. Somewhat thin in finish. Medium bodied.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, with very fine cream foam. Aroma is earthy, dark chocolate. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with moderate roastiness. Final is on the dry side.

Bottle. Bright yellow color light haze, fine white head lacing. Ale-y smell upfront, some bready malts with lots of belgian-style hops and yeasts on a fruity tone, in the likes of deRake XX bitter. Taste is dry, balanced, citrusy. Medium body, juicy, texture a bit oily and dusty, Finish dry, citrusy, perfumed.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent amber, with a fluffy head of fine white foam. Aroma is hoppy, earthy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderate sweet, but also with some bitterness. Final is average.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden with white head. Lots of banana, some spices, sweet, unfortunately that's too sweet for me. Soft texture. Medium bodied.

On tap at the brewery. Dark brown with creamy tan head. Chocolate, coffee, some roastiness, bready, easy drinkable and smooth. Medium bodied. One of the best schwarzbiers I've had.
