Herlig eplearoma, og smaken er fortreffelig - dette er gule, norske epler på sitt beste. En herlig drikke i solveggen mens mesken surrer og går! Og like god selv når temperaturen i glasset stiger litt.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 01.08.17. Clear pale golden. Impressive and persistent bright white head. Refreshing aroma and taste of yellow apples, sour wild apples and apple zest. An excellent thirst quencher! Semidemidry. Lively mouthfeel.

750 ml clear screwcap bottle, vintage 2014, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Clear and extremely pale yellow colour, pours sparkling, no lasting head. Pleasant aroma of apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Semi-dry flavour, refreshing and well balanced flavour of apples. A good cider!

75cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Tromso. Pours clear gold. Aroma of fresh apple juice. Spritzy on the palate with a pleasant fresh apple juice character, some apple skin bitterness, very faint core to give a light raw touch, drying finish. S’alright this.

Lett tåkete lys brun med lavt hvitt skum som forsvinner fort. Lukter epler og honning. Lett. Smaker epler, lett søtlig. Tørr avslutning.

0.75l twist off cap clear bottle from the 2014 vintage. A thin little bubbly quickly fizzing away white top over a clear pale yellow colored body. It smells quite a lot. Strong apply, a really inviting red sweetness from small red stilen apples. It's also mild earthy, Cork and blue cheese. Not horrible at all. It's nicely carbonated, tiny bubbles and in the mouth it's kinda thin, not directly, but near watery. More green apply and dry in the taste. Soft dusty, both pear and stale apple juice. There's also a nice little sourness that makes it a bit more interesting. Minerals and green grapes in the finish. Kinda mouthdrying. Yeah, I liked it. 21.09.2015

0.75l bottle (as 2014 version). No real head on this one, just a foamy heady dot floating in the middle of the glass. The cider is as good as clear and pale golden in the glass. Smells quite decent with a nice fruity apple presence, mild earthy dust and a little bit of pear and peach. Decent not too sweet and somewhat inviting for a cider. It has a mild oily texture and it's about average on the bubbles. Tastes a bit, ehm how to say, raw? I get a little bit to much of the yeasty booziness? Not that it's strong or anything. Really earthy, almost "sementy" dryness in the taste. Old red mealy apples that has been dried a tad too long in the cellar. Hints of marzipan in the tail. Not completely mine thing this, but it smells quite good. 02.09.2015

Small fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, dry apples, grass, apple peel, fruit stones, hints of caramel. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, apple cores, grass, minerals, apple peel, sorrel, dry apples, hay, hints of alcohol. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Tiny bubbly shortlasting head, clear light straw colored. Aroma is mild and slightly sweet fruity, yellow apples, grass, apple skin, caramel, sugar, sweet Gravenstein apples. Taste is slightly dry grassy, apple skin, sorrel, sour apples, hay, minerals. Dry and watery mouthfeel, no carbonation. Just boring.

Bottled. A hazy yellow cider with a white head. The aroma has notes of over ripe apples and vinegar. The flavor is acidic with notes of apples and vinegar, leading to a tart finish.
