Cloudy blond color, bright, with small head. The aroma is herbal, with some sage, and wheat. Dry mouthfeel, some wheat flavor, then sage and plastic; quite strong bitterness for a weisse, but not excessive.

75cl flip top, BB 08/2013, lot#17012012/1 shared with Tomaz. Ambrée présentant qcq particules levure, col épais beige-blanc cassé. Arôme est malté léger, fin houblon citronné avec une levure restant présente. Palais est malté, vieux grains, houblon amer et ce côté prenant léger fruité rouge. Malt cara-pâle avec une pointe sucrée brun et note de chocolat. Le tout reste épais donnant une belle rondeur de fin de bouche.

75cl flip top bottle, BB 04/2013, Lot# 02032012/1. Shared with Tomaz. Dorée léger toruble, col blanc moyen. Arôme est herbacé avec ce bouquet de thé vert et feuilles bouilles. Note levure et qcq houblon en amertume et fruité. Palais est agréable sur un profile allemand, thé vert est présent et bien balancé pour le style recherché. Effervescence moyenne avec malt pils-pâle-crystal. Le thé donne ce côté frais de plante et feuille sans pour cela dominer la bière qui ne m’aurait pas déranger en ayant été plus présent.
