Half at Cardiff location. Deep golden body with acsmall, creamy head, streaky lacing. Light, sweet aroma, some rye funk. Taste is more bready notes, sweet, light mustu funk, a small hop bite. Well balanced.

Taste: sourish, weird, pretty malty, acidic, dry and metallic. Aftertaste: acidic, weird, fruity, little bitter, some red currants, some tannins.

[On tap at Zerodegrees, Reading.] A bright amber pour with a thick cream head and high carbonation; fruity aroma; grape and gooseberry taste, slighty tart, with a creamy body and some biscuity yeast; then gently bitter with a crisp finish and a hit of alcohol at the finish.

So.... the banana is there but it's really subtle in what is otherwise a fairly straightforward bitter, zesty IPA. Decent enough but not as different as I'd hoped.
