Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, erba e agrumi.

Tap at the Kamun Lab in Genoa-Italy. Semi clear yellow color, medium white foam. Nose: proper pils aroma, malty and grassy, rustic. Mouth: honey and bitter grassy notes. Lovely.

Tap at the source Kamun Lab in Genoa-Italy. Golden hazy pour with a medium White foam. Nose is herbal, spicy somehow, coriander notes. Mouth: clean body, spicy again...zest. Interesting.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with creamy cappuccino foam. Aroma is chocolate and coffee, some toffee. Body is medium and slightly oily, worth a round feeling. Some tongue tickling. Taste starts sweet, with some bitterness coming up later. Finish is short. Maybe a little too much carbonation.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark reddish brown worth cream foam. Aroma is hazelnut, coffee. Body is medium with some carbonation. Taste has some sweetness to it, but also some ensuing bitterness in the end. Finish is moderately long and slightly bitter.

Some cereal (fruity muesli) but I have to say it’s a little pedestrian, mid sweetness, a little bland it’s fine but just a beer you drink without thinking what you’re drinking. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Keg at Kamun Lab Pub, Genova, Italy, Thursday 9th February 2017 Pours mid gold with a sticky white head. The aroma is fab a touch of perfume but lots of passion fruit as well. The passion fruit is also in the mouth, more subtle though but there, soft carbonation, fruity with a nice sessionability to this, O like this I like the bar. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Tap at the Kamun Lab Pub, Genoa. Pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of Light roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. Light sweetness, medium to heavy roasted bitterness. Medium body, quite thin texture, soft carbonation. Finish is dry and slightly sour.
