Draught at Pazzeria, Milan, 4% ABV
Cloudy pale blond color with creamy head. The aroma is nice, spicy, some sage. Light flavor, pleasant, with moderate sage flavor.
Balanced, dynamic, very good.

Draught at Pazzeria, Milan
Cloudy red amber color, creamy head. Very nice aroma, some spices, vinous, delicate and elegant. Smooth mouthfeel; simple flavor, with light fruity touch, very low bitterness.
Balanced, drinkable, but a bit easy.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and a bit of coffee, leading to a dry roasted finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
