Bottle courtesy of CBA: Poured a medium brownish color ale with a small dirty white bubbly head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of sugar and light spices leavers me a bit on my appetite. Taste is quite sweet for the style with some brown sugar feeling with some light spices in the background. Body is slightly watery with almost no carbonation. I would never have figure out I was drinking an Abbey Tripel had it not been for the description on the bottle. Defintely lacking in complexity and probably one of the worst beer from this brewery which usually provide great beers.

Bottle courtesy of CBA: Poured a deep black color stout with a nice light brown foamy head with good retention. Aroma of coffee and light roasted malt is quite enticing. Taste is dry with some light bitter notes from the coffee and roasted malt. Body is quite full for the style with some generous carbonation. Very well done overall and a beer that I wouldn’t mind having another glass of.

Hazy golden color, frothy white head. Tangerines and candy apple nose. A hefe?? Slightly sour, cotton candy, caramel, apples, dry wheaty finish with lingering tangerine notes. Not to style, but not as bad as people make it out to be.

Dark brown color, thisck white head. Milk chocolate, brandy, cherries in the nose. Light bodied. Slightly sour, milk chocolate, cherries, brandy in mouth, but overall too sour. Milk chocolate, cherries, wheaty finish. Good example of style, though I wish the sourness was toned down.

Clear amber color, frothy white head. Apricots, brandy, cherries, baked cake in the nose. Light-med body with cherries, brandy, baked cake and a dry non-descript finish. Not a saison, but not that bad.

Deep amber color, thick off white head. Caramel, piney nose that is somewhat subdued. Full bodied, chewy malty piney, citrusy hops are again subdued. Rye grain, moderately dry bitter finish. If you like malty IIPAs, than maybe for you.

Deep golden color, thick white head. Somewhat skunky for some reason, lemon, dog food, somewhat malty mouth. Non-descript non-bitter finish. Sounds lame, but enjoyable.

Dark brown color, off white head. Beatiful sweet malty aroma with a touch of roasted malts, dark chcolate, hazelnut and caramel. The mouthis slightly sour, but reminded me a of a chocolate cake with drizzels of frangelico. Dry, sour finish that was a bit unexpected.

Very dark brown with a light brown head. Caramel, roasted malts, vanilla, espresso beans, sweet malty nose. Simply heavenly. Smooth mouth that reminded of creamy mochaccino with a shot of vanilla syrup. light bitterness. Finishes like condensed mochaccino with a touch of caramel. Friging amazing.
