Dark copper, medium off white head. Sticky malt aroma, slight caramels, juicy citrus and pine resin. Full bodied, nice mouth feel, slightly oily, and the carb is nice and soft. The finish is quite bitter, loads of pine resins, and solid sticky citrus peel and zest. A well balanced dipa, good stuff.

Hazy, Cloudy dark orange pour, with a large white head. Aroma is obviously not on juicy apricot flesh, with some honey, and peach. Mouth feel and carb are good. Finish is lightly bitter, sweet, smooth wheat finish, with a nice softly sweet fruity end. A decent fruit beer, not over the top, just solid.

Bottle from a supermarket along the California/Nevada border. Aroma is oily hops, tropical fruits, biscuity malt, touch of caramel, pine resin, citrus, orange. Flavour is above moderate sweet with a firm bitter finish. Alcohol slightly noticeable. Body is medium. Very agressively hopped, bit boozy, could use a lot more balance.

Old rating from 2002 - Pint at the brewhouse in Seattle. Pours hazy amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of banana, clove, lemon, caramel, herbs, toffee, bread, hints of spice & yeast. Medium body. Slight dry mild bitter finish

Cloudy amber color. Slight funky aroma. It’s missing the typical banana bread on the nose. Creamy texture with little of the typical Hefeweizen sweetness, more of a funky yeast flavor.

12 oz. bottle from Orem, Utah State liquor store. Pours a clear gold color with a fizzy khaki head and poor retention. No lacing. Pours like a soda. Yes, it has an apricot aroma, but not very strong. Light apricot flavor mixed in a generic pale malt base. I don't taste any wheat ale.. Very crisp. Actually over carbonated, approaching seltzer territory. Thin, watery body. Not bitter. No bad flavors but nothing to rave about.
