12 oz. Chalice at the Canal street location. Bright cloudy golden color, head died fast. Wow, this is a Simcoe BOMB! Pine, pine and resin... Simcoe for days... Flavor is... Yep, Pine. For a 5.9 % it feels bigger. The yeast and malt try to provide balance but its not balanced. It’s like chewing on a Simcoe hop pellet. Honestly its the boldest beer I had at this location today. I enjoy Simcoe so... I like this.

Canal St location. Golden with an Amber hue. Aroma is a decent amount of Rye with moderate amounts of fruit. The flavor displays the fruit upfront with the spicy Rye notes coming in at the finish. Body is medium with carbonation on the higher side. Not bad but its geared for the masses. Pretty light overall.

Draft Canal St. Location. Orange/ light brown color. Aroma is to the style, satle bread, caramelized malts, dead hops (English hop) Flavor is typical. Caramel sweetness as the base with lager yeast with the light nuance of skunky aftertaste. This is a great style for the transition of the seasons. No problems here except for the thin body.
