Cask (gravity) @ The Bree Louise, 69 Coburg Street, Euston, London, England NW1 2HH.Clear light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is light apple, sweet apple, pear notes, alcohol notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20100801]

Glass from a bottle at The cherry Tree Canterbury shared with Ang. Bright gold with no head. Some apple on the aroma. Quite sticky. Quite hot in moith. Some subtle whisky jotes. More like a grain whisky cask. Quite sweet and sticky. Finish has sweetish apples. But not unpleasant. Highland whisky orange notes. Quite impressive for the kick 3.5 bottle at The New Inn Canterbury. Clear amber colour no head. Eating apple aroma some caramelised apple. Remarkably smooth. Just a hint of heat on the finish. Wow. Sweetish apple. Like a caramelised apple tart. Pretty sweet. Rather good. Way too sweet. Worth it though.

Cask at Bree Louise. Pours a clear, extremely light yellow with a few bubbles. Apple and sugar aroma with some must. Moderately sweep with nice apple notes and mild funk. Light bodied with almost no carbonation. Fishes sweet and semi-dry with lingering apple. Good stuff.

Pale. Relatively haze free. Taste is apple, sweet, relatively bland. Touch of alcohol. Very simple.

From cask at Bree Louise. Pours clear and pale yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is crisp apple fruity. Mild citrusy. Citric fruity apple flavoured. Citric fruity finish. Sweet. Slight alcohol presence.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Ugly looking white wine coloured cider, no head. Aroma has sweet apple. Flavour of sweet and ripe apple, alcohol, phenoles. Fairly dry finish.

Tap @ 3 Judges. Very pale yellow colour. This is an awful cider. Alcoholic, metallic, too sweet, no carbonation, perfumed, artificial.

Cask at the Three Mariners, Hythe. Pale straw with a lime green tint; fresh crisp apple aroma; flavour is tart and sweet, very green; sweet and fruity to finish with a dry edge. Very drinkable.
