Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 Sunday tasting at Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell. Pours clear honey yellow-gold with a few bubbles for a head. The nose holds ripe and sugary apples with touches of creme and alcohol. Medium sweet flavor with artificial apple character, stewed apples, caramel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with gooey sugars, white bread and heavy, syrupy apples. Meh.

Taste comprises cooking apples, straw, light smoke, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light dryness in the close. So so.
