Big thank you to Erzengel for sharing! A bright amber in the glass, small head. Roasty grain smell. Taste is intensive grainy, little bit toasted. Increasing hop bitterness, also a smooth palate. Some resin, sweetness in the background. Low carbonated. Well balanced. Nice!

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A almost clear deep amber beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of dry mild resinous hops, caramelized reddish malt. Taste of strong caramelized malt, resins, reddish malt, pine, moderate fresh bitterness. Good!

Fantastic well-balanced Heller Bock. Intense floralness and bitterness, dry caramel with nice malty sweetness. Great collaboration.

Bottle from the Karlsberg online-shop. Fantastic malty smooth floral nose. The beer starts mild caramelly with a subtle sweetness. Really well-balanced with a nice intense floral bitterness. Very dry caramelly in the aftertaste with hints of grainy sweetness and an intense floral fresh bitterness. Really nice brew. Well-done collaboration.

Unique and unexpected collab to find here at Big Time. Congrats on 30 years! I haven't even made it that far yet. I feel like a collab between a city's old school and new school breweries needs to happen more often. Clean, dark copper pour. Patchy fizz head. Always a fan of a wild IPA, this one is extra wild. Really sour grape like feature. It bites, but finishes smooth. Plenty of oak, which provides plenty of flavor, and tries to give it a dry finish. Extremely interesting to say the least. Fun, tasty new here.

On tap at the brewery pours crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice crisp pineapple citrus fruit and some floral notes. Taste is more of the nice fruit hops and a nice well balanced malt bill.

On tap at the brewery pours pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white. Nose is light tropical fruit hops some sweet malts. Tatse is more of the nice sweet tropical fruit hops and a touch of bitterness on the end.
