Backlog. A mellow "saison pale ale" with a spicy-yeasty character. Light amber colour. Decent, just light esters and it's fairly bitter through the middle and dry enough in the finish to work.

Backlog. Fun brew. Lots of azacca character, quite fruity, with a lot of bitterness and a relatively clean malt background. Good body for an ISA as wel.l

Backlog. A bland golden ale. Very thin. No kolsch character at all. Poor effort.

Copper. Powerful sweet booze up front. Caramel, sweet ripe fruit, dough, toffee, and more booze. Finish is lingering boozy heat and a sweet toffee note forms, as well. Medium to full bodied. I wasn’t expecting quite the boozy profile but once I got past that it was really a nice BW.

Copper orange with a white head. Strong citrus and floral notes with a decent sweet malt backbone. Finish starts with orange bitterness and quickly morphs to a sweet end. Medium bodied. A solid beer.

Bright orange. A simple pale with notes of floral, citrus, and toasted malt. Finish is clean, shortish, and dry. A simple pale ale made for drinking.

Medium muddy brown. Lightly roasted, some cocoa notes, a decent bitter profile sort of overshadows the porter aspects. Decent brew.

Golden. Bitter citrus, light toasted malts, lemon, and finish with light sweetness and a lasting bitter bite. Medium bodied. While this isn’t a powerhouse IPA, I could see myself cruising though a few pints.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is pure sugar, bubblegum, yeast. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, light bitterness, decent.
