Draft. Nitro. Mahogony ber with a dark cream nitro head. Caramel and malt aroma. Caramel andlight chocolate flavor. Medium bodied. Caramel and light chocolate lingers.

Tap at Capital Beerfest 2013. Pours hazy lemon yellow with a few white bubbles. slightly sour aroma. Med body. Flavor is slightly citrus sour. Finishes dry, citrus and a very little sour.

Bottle. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. Grapefruit and summer fruit aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor. Medium bodied. Very good bitterness. Pine and grapefruit linger with light summer fruit.

Pours light amber with a white head. Aroma is rather citrus. Med body. flavor is citrus with a good touch of rye spice. Lots of rye in the finish. Very nice.

Draft. A smaller version of their Gold Digger IPA. Amber bere with a cream head. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with light sweet malt. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with light malt.

Sample at Rubicon. The beer pours a slightly hazy orange-amber color with a medium thin dense white head that recedes slowly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops and toasted malt. Light body with flavors of herbal hops, malt and a bit of fruit. The finish is moderately bitter with a spicy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle at yespr. Vintage 2011 #833. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a slightly sweetish malty caramel aroma with woody hints. Sweetish malty dry woody caramel and dark fruit flavor. has a sweetish malty woody wine and caramel finish.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, alcohol - wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, tart berrry, wood, dark malt, roasted, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120920]
