Tap at Bistro DIPA festival. Dark amber color with a creamy off-white head. Nice citrus/pine aromas. Wonderful hoppy flavor over malt. Finish is a bit indescribable - not bad - just different. Overall a great ale.

Draft at WCBF 08. Light hoppy aroma. Amber gold color with off-white head. Rather light on flavor - citrus hops? - but quite refreshing. Dryish and lightly bitter finish.

Draught. Marks for Appearance are an average, as beer was sampled in weak artificial light after dark. Serious C-hops, very citrussy, and the usual bit of grapes and grapefruit juices. Bitter-grapefruit peel-like flavours with some underlying malt syrup-like backing. Bit unbalanced, if not bad. Slick MF, oily. Typical W.C. IPA. Brewery maybe still in tentative phase?

At NorCal Brewers Guild Festival at Raley Field. Light coppery amber color with a disappearing white head. Starts with pine; medium mouthfeel; some noticeable citrus. Malt is barely detectable. Mild bitter finish. A different IPA. Good drink.
