On tap at MaBrasserie, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is unusual, with that odd sea buckthorn upfront clashing with the harshly bitter citrus hops. Flavour is rough and all sorts of harsh, with earthy hop bitterness and pithy berries. What the hell? This is rough and can't be right.

Bottle: Poured a dark golden color ale with a nice off-white foamy head. Aroma of sweet malt notes with light caramel notes with some oak is OK. Taste is a mix of sweet malt with some oak notes, light vinous notes with light oxidation. Body is full with good carbonation. OK but not real notes of IPA and bottle may have been old or tired.
