On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear, orange color, with a medium, foamy, beige head. The aroma is caramel, clover honey, biscuit dough, and straw. Sweet and yeasty, with a mild bitterness. Light body, with a creamy, zesty mouthfeel. A well made and quaffable beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark, clear, brown color, with a big, foamy, khaki head. The nose is pipe tobacco, sweet musty earth, toffee, and maple. Sweet and peaty, with a light, earthy bitterness. Light to medium body, with a chalky, malty, and velvety palate. This is a lovely, sweet, and peaty ale. Smooth, yet assertive. Just tasty.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, tan head. The aroma is roast coffee, vanilla, toasted oak, coconut, almond, and cloves. Sweet and very malty, with a good bitterness in the background to balance it. Boozy, but not overly so. Heavy body, with a harsh, grainy mouthfeel. This is a nice stout, with a fun treatment.

Sample from the beer engine at the brewery. Pours dark ruby, with a medium, foamy, beige head and nice cascading bubbles. The nose is wet grass, pecans, resin, and burnt caramel. Sweet and malty up front, with a mild and easy bitterness. Light to medium body, smooth, but a little thin and watery. This is a reasonably nice beer, but lacks body and complexity. The initial aromas are off, but not terribly so, and the easy and balanced flavor covers it well.
